Qualification :- Diploma Pass in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Paint Technology, Automobile Engineering
Experience :-
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Production officer in Paint Shop.
- Expert in problem solving & Continuous Improvements.
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of paint shop processes & systems.
- Data Analytics, MS office (Excel and Word) operation skill.
- Teamwork & collaboration.
Role and Responsibilities :-
- Expert in Paint shop Process & troubleshooting – Topcoat, Pretreatment & CED, Sanding, Sealer & UB, Inspection & Repair, Baking Repair and robotic painting.
- Knowledge in Production planning & WIP maintenance.
- Knowledge & experience of progress control systems like CCR & VTS operation.
- Support in problem-solving, kaizen & continuous improvements.
