Positions :- Production Supervisor
Job Location :- Gurgaon/Gurugram (Basai Road, Manesar)
Salary :- Best in the Industry
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3-8 years experience in Rubber products manufacturing.
Note :-
- Knowledge of Injection Moulding is advantageous.
- Knowledge of mould maintenance and hands-on approach required.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Shift Planning and worker handling/allocation
- Handle day to day rubber moulding problems with hands on approach
- Mould & machine setup and validation. Mould repairs and maintenance.
- Quality checking and response to issues
- Productivity control and improvement
- Mixing planning, colour settings, sampling and production.
