Technical / Functional Skills :-
- Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance
- Ready to work in shift.
- Working knowledge of freon based machine.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Manpower handling skills.
Job Description :-
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance is preferably from ice cream and dairy products manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of pump, gear, motor maintenance and its repairing.
- Hands-on experience in supervising and coordinating manpower effectively.
- Performing planned and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanical tools and ready to work as a Fitter.
- To maintain the required standards of housekeeping and to support other teams and functions as required.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in dairy / ice cream plants.
- Ensure compliance to food safety policies and procedures.
